Experience tells us that when it comes to mental health and wellbeing, it can never be a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
We are all different and we all experience change from one day to the next. The last few years have certainly taught us that! Until we take the time to connect with each other, to listen and empathise, we can’t truly understand where problems exist.
These are the values that guide everything we do at Start Within.
Start Within was founded on lived experience of mental health struggles and that’s exactly what empowers us! To keep reaching out and providing support to those that might be feeling the same.
Our training has touched almost every industry out there, with employees working in tech, retail, fashion, law, finance, defence, logistics, construction, engineering and more all benefiting from the Start Within approach!
Our expert trainers will guide your team through bespoke, interactive sessions and consultancy that gets to the heart of where your challenges lie; providing self-care resources, tips and tools to take away and enjoy!

"You have a real talent in what you do and your style is just spot on. I personally felt that the very first time we came together to talk mental health for Pitney Bowes and it remains true today.
I just wanted to share and say THANK YOU for all you do, it truly makes a difference on so many fronts."
"Our team thoroughly enjoyed the two day MHFA training. It was well paced and we found it extremely informative, enjoyable and above all valuable! We are all putting some of the techniques we learned into practice.”
